| This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with it's own
private pool is available for vacation rental. The villa occupies a quarter of an acre
and is ideally situated. located in Briar Grove, a quiet residential development in
Davenport, having a mix of both vacation homes and permanent residents. Briar Grove is
located Less than 10 miles from Disney. This Villa will sleep upto 8 People in total
comfort , it comes complete with all linen etc. |

The villa has a 28ft by 14ft floodlit solar heated
swimming pool which is both fully screened and south facing and has a large sunbathing
area, and is complete with patio furniture and sunloungers. the perfect place to relax all
day or at the end of a hard day at one of the parks. |
| The villa is very well equipped and furnished to the
highest standards. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air
conditioned. A Large colour television connected to the cable network is provided in the
lounge. In addition to the cable TV the lounge also has a DVD player, video recorder and hi-fi system.
Ample seating is provided together with a queen size sleeper sofa. the lounge has direct
access to the pool via patio doors. |

As you would expect we have a fully fitted kitchen in
the villa. The kitchen includes a Microwave, classic American refrigerator, large cooker,
Dishwasher, waste-disposal, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary cooking
utensils. The kitchen is linked to the lounge via a breakfast bar. There is also a washer
and dryer located in the double garage for your personal use. |
| The bedrooms are as follows , the master bedroom
has a queen size bed, Large walking closet complete with safe, cable television and
en-suite bathroom which comprises of a large oversize tub(bath), Large shower cubical, his
and hers wash basins and direct access to the pool area. whilst bedrooms 2 and 3 both have
twin beds and are served by the second bathroom,which is complete with a hand basin, bath
with shower etc. All three bedrooms have alarm clocks |
